Early check-in is available for $25 for 2 pm or $50 for 12 pm, and late check-out is available for $25 for 12 pm, subject to approval. A fee of $100 applies for a missing keyfob. Visit attractions such as Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, Tampa Museum of Art, and many others. The apartment has Minut Noise Detectors that monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 pm–7 am (weekdays) and 10 pm–8 am (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation include a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
