Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval. Noise is limited during the day, however on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. The noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation.
