Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM is available for $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music. On some days, music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Pets must weigh less than 35 lbs, must be housetrained, and must not be left alone in the apartment. Pitbulls are not allowed. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise curfew violations are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
