The RV is basically an studio, it includes a queen size bed, couch, dining table, fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, bathroom, and bunkbeds that you can use as storage. It's located in the backyard of my home with direct access through the side gate. Rent is $900 + 1/4 of utilities per month. Thanks! Renter covers 1/4 of utilities (water, electricity, and internet). No pets allowed. 6 months and 1 year lease available. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
