Pool towels provided by Hawthorn must be returned after use. Smoking is prohibited, and a non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax will be charged for any signs of smoking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of half the nightly rate. Guests must provide an email to receive communication and check-in instructions. The property does not have a mailbox for receiving mail, but arrangements can be made to send mail to the management company's office.
