Her journey in real estate began with a focus on luxury properties in South Florida, where she honed her skills in EB-5 investing and real estate marketing while working for a prominent real estate developer. Her expertise expanded as she collaborated with an international firm, guiding individual investors through the intricacies of the Florida market, achieving a remarkable sales volume of over $100 million within one and a half years. Recognizing the need for a dedicated space to guide and empower investors, Veronica later moved to Orlando, Florida, where she founded her own brokerage in 2018— laying the groundwork for Ratio Real Estate. Veronica actively participates in investments, bringing a personal touch to her understanding of the market in Central and South Florida.
