This apartment includes a gorgeous year-round hot tub, a state-of-the-art gym on the RG Level (open 6am–9pm), on-site gourmet dining, and a spacious balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay. Luggage storage is available at check-in/out via bellman (fees may apply). Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or longer, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. For reservations less than 21 days, you can opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48. Within the retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is an 8-minute drive, Wynwood is 5 minutes away, and Brickell City Center and the Design District are each 2 miles away. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Apartment occupancy allows 2 adults and 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
