Additional vehicles can be parked for $200 per month, subject to availability, with advance notice required. Daily valet parking is also available for $48, payable directly to the building. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby for added convenience. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is currently undergoing renovations that include the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, which may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium will be open and accessible during normal operating hours.
