In case a check-in between 12:00 am and 8:00 AM needs to be arranged, a $70 fee will apply. Walk to Brickell’s restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre for shops and supermarkets. This unit is strictly non-smoking. A $500 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside the apartment.
