Guests are required to submit a copy of a legal ID such as a driver’s license or passport for registration with the building, as only registered guests have access to the amenities. A staff member will meet you in the lobby to provide access, so it's important to coordinate your exact arrival time. A check-in fee of $70 applies for arrivals between 12:00 am and 8:00 am. The unit is strictly non-smoking, with a $200 fee if smoking is detected. A lost elevator key-fob incurs a $100 fee.
