This studio apartment offers a queen bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of one pet allowed per unit. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, and more. With easy access to public transportation and major attractions, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Miami. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a $500 penalty for violations. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and take out the trash before you leave. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
