High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is close to popular destinations such as Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach. With easy access to public transportation, exploring Miami's vibrant neighborhoods is a breeze. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain rules apply.
