Enjoy the scenic jogging path at Brickell Key Park (10 min walk) and diverse dining at Mary Brickell Village (10 min walk), with upscale dining at Cipriani or vibrant Mexican at La Cantina No. 20 on-site. Quick errands are easy with Whole Foods Market (8 min walk) and CVS Pharmacy (5 min walk). The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views and noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. Balcony furniture is not permitted, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building.
