Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total). Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2” (1.88 m). You’re in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site.
