This 842 sq. ft. apartment offers a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. Dine at on-site restaurants like Cipriani and La Cantina No. 20, and relax in the eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, or cold plunge. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and a maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Ideally located, this apartment is just steps away from Brickell City Centre and a short drive to Miami's top attractions such as Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Bayside Marketplace. With Wholefoods and Bayfront Park nearby, you'll have everything you need within reach. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 am or after 9 pm. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing maintenance. Studios and 1-bedroom apartments receive 2 adult amenity passes, while 2-bedroom apartments receive 4. Minors must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
