This apartment offers resort-style amenities, including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. Enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine, and relax in the eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and cold plunge. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Exterior building maintenance will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo to avoid accidents, and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
