Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and weekday access is not available. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please take out the trash before you leave.
