This studio apartment offers a queen bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, and popular attractions like Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Bayside Marketplace. Enjoy easy access to Miami Circle Park and the Everglades for a perfect blend of city life and nature. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave. This apartment is remote work-friendly with Wi-Fi access to keep you connected during your stay. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
