Please note that starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Late check-in fees of $40 apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Brickell City Centre is just a 3-minute walk away, while Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and Ocean Drive are all within a 15-minute drive. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM.
