Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2” (1.88 m). Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, and Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark is right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked.
