Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Miami, this apartment offers easy access to Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving.
