Valet parking is available on-site for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Additional sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each. Ideally located, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing maintenance. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.
