Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. With easy access to public transportation, exploring Miami is a breeze. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets must be well-behaved and supervised, with specific rules for their stay.
