This spacious apartment spans 1459 square feet and includes a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It features an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end toiletries for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Situated in a prime location, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and many more attractions. Enjoy the vibrant Miami lifestyle with ease. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only, and weekday access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo to avoid accidents, and remember to take out the trash before you leave. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
