Located in the epicenter of Miami´s business and financial district and surrounded by parks and historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle, this apartment is within the so-called the “30-minute live-work-play circle.” Wholefoods Supermarket is across the bridge toward Downtown (2 blocks away), Publix supermarket within 3 blocks, 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, and 5 miles to South Beach. Bayside Marketplace is a must-visit destination situated right on the waterfront, featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment options. To maintain the property in excellent condition, a $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests are required to respect the property and report any issues immediately. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building.
