Early check-in is possible, subject to availability, with varying fees. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Violation of the non-smoking policy will lead to a $300 fine. Parties are not allowed and could incur a penalty. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, and garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony, and no items should be hung on the balcony railing.
