The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony, and for safety reasons, balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. To access the building's services, please reach out to the Main Administration Office located at the front desk during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, and failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. Early check-in is subject to availability. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, replenishing these items is not provided. Washcloths are not provided. A $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests are required to respect the property and report any issues immediately. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine. Icon rules and regulations must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest. No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed in common areas. All members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Parties are not allowed in the property and it could incur some penalty. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Towels should not be used to remove makeup. All soiled and damaged towels and linens will be subject to a fee. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
