Inside this 842 sqft apartment, you'll find a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are also provided for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available. Overnight valet is $75 per day with in-and-out privileges, while hourly valet is $50. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Ideally located, you're just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe Park Pier. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades are also within easy reach. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A late fee of 50% of the daily rate applies for late check-out. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only. Exterior building maintenance may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a $500 penalty for violations. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4.
