This apartment offers a spacious 953 sqft layout with a king-size bed, a futon, and a sofa bed. It features an in-unit washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets must be well-trained and not left unattended unless crated. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.
