This spacious apartment spans 1347 square feet and includes a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. It features an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end toiletries for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Please note that starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Daily housekeeping is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment offers easy access to popular destinations such as Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades, all within a short drive. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Late check-in incurs a $40 fee for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and smoking in the unit is prohibited with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and specific rules apply to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access, allowing you to stay connected and productive during your stay. A laptop computer is not included.
