The apartment includes high-end toiletries and access to on-site restaurants such as Cipriani and La Cantina No. 20. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Please note that the pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Late check-in fees apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM, and luggage storage is not available on the premises. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, and more. The neighborhood offers convenient access to Miami's vibrant attractions and cultural landmarks. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with specific rules regarding size and behavior. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Trash should be disposed of by guests, and extra cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left in an unclean condition.
