Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafes, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops and rooftop dining. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the apartment. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only. Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Do not place furniture on balconies, as the building may impose fines of up to $3,000. Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.
