Inside the studio, you'll find a queen bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. This apartment is ideally located with Brickell City Centre just 3 minutes away and Wholefoods 4 minutes away. Explore nearby attractions like Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and Ocean Drive, all within a 15-minute drive. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $250 will be applied if smoke or remains of smoking are found. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a penalty of $250 will be applied for violations. Please refrain from dying your hair in the condo to avoid accidents. Don't forget to take out the trash before you leave. The apartment is remote work-friendly with Wi-Fi available for your convenience. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
