This 842-square-foot apartment features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your comfort. Valet parking is available on-site for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
