There is also a 24/7 front desk. On-site valet services are available: Overnight Valet is $75/day (+$3 gratuity) and includes in-and-out privileges with payment required upfront for the entire stay. Hourly / Regular Valet is $50 (+$3 gratuity) and has a standard hourly rate with no in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35/day. This apartment is ideally located near Brickell City Centre (3 min), Wholefoods (4 min), Wynwood Walls (15 min), South Beach & Miami Beach (15 min), Ocean Drive & South Pointe Park Pier (15 min), Bayside Marketplace (5 min), Bayfront Park (7 min), Kaseya Arena (9 min), Adrienne Arsht Center (5 min), Little Havana (10 min), Miami Circle Park (2 min), and Everglades (40 min). Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday), weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated, with a maximum of one pet allowed. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and trash should be disposed of by guests. Guests can receive one parcel for free during their stay, advise in advance.
