This spacious apartment spans 1386 square feet and includes a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home. High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is charged for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is ideally located near popular destinations such as Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach. With easy access to public transportation, you can explore the vibrant city of Miami with ease. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and some noise is expected due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo to avoid accidents, and remember to take out the trash before you leave. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
