Only authorized staff can register you, and a team member will meet you in the lobby at check-in time. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, with a $300 fine for violations. Parties are not allowed and may incur penalties. Noise should be minimized in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony, and no items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, with a $200 USD fine per day for non-compliance. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, and garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap are provided upon arrival, but replenishing these items is not included. Washcloths are not provided. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. All soiled and damaged towels and linens will be subject to a fee, and lost linens or apartment keys will incur additional costs to replace them.
