Only authorized staff can register you, so a team member will meet you in the lobby at that time. The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. Towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap are provided upon arrival, but replenishing these items is not included. Washcloths are not provided. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, and a $300 fee will be applied if any evidence of smoking is found. Parties are not allowed and may incur a penalty. Noise should be minimized as the property is located in a residential area. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, with a daily fine of $200 USD for non-compliance. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01, and garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas, and no bare feet are allowed. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony, and no items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Towels should not be used to remove makeup, and all soiled and damaged towels and linens will be subject to a fee. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost for replacement. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
