Welcome to Brickell’s billion-dollar tower designed by Philippe Starck, where you can feel at home in this stylish apartment featuring floor-to-ceiling views and Miami’s largest pool and spa. Enjoy the convenience of on-site dining and being just steps away from Brickell Centre. This spacious apartment spans 1386 square feet and includes a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed. It is equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-end toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available with overnight valet at $75 per day and hourly valet at $50. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply. Located in the heart of Miami, this apartment offers easy access to Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and other popular attractions, all within a short drive. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM starting July 1st. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. A $40 fee applies for late check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and guests are expected to take out the trash before departure. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.) Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day.
