Inside this spacious 1386 sqft apartment, you'll find a king-size bed and a queen bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can also be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Miami, this apartment is just a short walk from Brickell City Centre and Wholefoods. Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and Ocean Drive are all within a 15-minute drive, offering endless entertainment and dining options. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, with an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 for excessive mess. This apartment is remote work-friendly, offering a comfortable environment for those who need to work from home. Wi-Fi is available to ensure you stay connected. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
