This 842 sqft apartment features a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and only one pet per unit is allowed. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Exterior building maintenance is ongoing, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only, and the schedule may vary. Late check-in fees of $40 apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work comfortably from home. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
