Located just steps away from Brickell Centre, this 900 sq ft apartment offers a king-size bed and a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment provides resort-style amenities, including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, and a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center. Enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine, along with access to a eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and a cold plunge. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for standard hourly rates. Nearby parking can also be reserved for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Miami, this apartment is conveniently located near Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs, balconies will be closed and views may be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties are not allowed, and guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply. Includes Wi-Fi and a comfortable set-up for remote work, though a laptop computer is not included. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4.
