Pack & Play, high chair and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability and must be requested in advance. You’re in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods. Step outside and you’re surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away. If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away, free and fast, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents. Smoking in the unit will result in a penalty of $500. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition and dispose of trash. In those infrequent cases in which the apartment is returned in an extremely unclean condition an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. The pool is available Saturday–Sunday only (no weekday access) starting July 25, 2025. Balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs starting July 1, 2025. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies, as the building may impose fines of up to $3,000. A late arrival fee of $40 will be charged for arrivals after 9 pm. Pets are not permitted, not even emotional support dogs. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4.
