On-site dining options include Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. Relax in the eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and cold plunge. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Extra sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each set. Located in the heart of Brickell, you're just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing exterior building maintenance. Noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply.
