Valet parking is available at the building for hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Pack and play, high chair, and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Remember to take out the trash before you leave. Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies—the building may impose fines of up to $3,000. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only with no weekday access. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
