The on-site self-parking garage has the following rates: 0–1 hour ? $13, 1–4 hours ? $24, 4–10 hours ? $30, 10–24 hours ? $50 + tax. Nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only). A pack-n-play, high chair, and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee. Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-ins before 11:00 AM or after 9:00 PM incur a $90 penalty due to limited on-site staff availability during those hours. Balconies will be closed and views will be blocked starting July 1st, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM due to façade repairs.
