On-site dining options include Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just a short walk from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, and Bayfront Park. Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only, and the schedule may vary due to ongoing maintenance. Pets are not permitted, and guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, with trash disposed of properly.
