This stylish apartment offers a king-size bed, a queen bed, and a sofa bed, along with an in-unit washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of on-site dining and the proximity to Brickell Centre, just steps away. This apartment boasts 1459 square feet of space, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. Inside, you'll find high-end toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home. Relax in the spacious living area or take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Please note that the pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain restrictions apply. Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment offers easy access to some of Miami's top attractions. Brickell City Centre is just a 3-minute walk away, while Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach are all within a 15-minute drive. Explore nearby destinations like Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and the Adrienne Arsht Center, all just minutes away. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 am or after 9 pm. Expect some noise due to façade repairs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM starting July 1st. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
