Initial supplies of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided, but replenishment is not included. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment, with a $300 fine for violations. The use of cell phones or electrical devices is prohibited in wet areas, with a $200 daily fine for non-compliance. Trash must be disposed of properly, and noise should be minimized in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in common areas, and no items should be thrown off or hung on the balcony railing.
