Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and a maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, you are just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. The pool is available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and façade repairs may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving and refrain from dyeing hair in the condo to avoid accidents.
