Enjoy floor-to-ceiling views and Miami’s largest pool and spa, with on-site dining and Brickell Centre just steps away. Inside the studio, you'll find a queen bed, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available. Overnight valet is $75 per day with in-and-out privileges, while hourly valet is $50. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. This apartment is ideally located with Brickell City Centre just a 3-minute walk away. Wholefoods is 4 minutes away, and popular destinations like Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and Ocean Drive are all within a 15-minute drive. Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and Kaseya Arena are also nearby, making it easy to explore the best of Miami. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Studios receive 2 adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
