Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. A pack and play, high chair, and rollaway bed are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark is right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, providing free and fast access to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the apartment. Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available Saturday–Sunday only. Dogs must weigh no more than 75 pounds, and cats must be domesticated. A maximum of one pet per unit is allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay.
