The apartment features 1347 sqft of space, including a king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed, along with an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with high-end toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you feel at home. Enjoy access to a 300-ft resort-style pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, and on-site restaurants like Cipriani and La Cantina No. 20. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Extra sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each set. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is charged for the duration of your stay. Ideally located, you’re just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Late check-in incurs a $40 fee for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, with trash disposed of properly.
