This spacious apartment spans 1286 sqft and includes a king-size bed and two twin beds. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. High-end toiletries are provided for your comfort. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for standard hourly rates. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Miami, this apartment is just minutes away from popular destinations such as Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach. Enjoy easy access to Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, and Miami Circle Park. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable environment for working from home. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
