With 1286 sqft of space, it features a king-size bed and two twin beds, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end toiletries. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a 300-ft pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, and on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. Relax in the eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and cold plunge. The apartment also includes a 24/7 front desk service. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Please note that starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Late check-in fees of $40 apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and certain rules apply. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. A $100 fee will be charged for lock-outs outside office hours. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 may be charged if returned in an extremely unclean condition.
