Convenient access to public transportation and readily available taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft make it ideal for exploring the city without needing a car. The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony, and for safety reasons, balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. The building has strict rules to avoid fines: No electronics or phones are allowed in wet areas, with a $200 fine per day for violations, and no smoking is allowed, with a $300 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and there should be no loud noise in hallways or shared areas. Shirts or cover-ups are required in common areas, and no bare feet are permitted. Visit the Main Administration Office (Front Desk) during business hours to activate building amenities: Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. If arriving outside these hours, you’ll need to wait until the next business day to check in and use amenities. Trash chutes are located next to units ending in “01” (e.g., 2501). Do not leave garbage bags on the floor, and boxes and bottles must be brought to Ground Level. Towels should not be used to remove makeup, and washcloths are not provided. All soiled and damaged towels and linens will be subject to a fee. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
