Located just steps away from Brickell Centre, this apartment promises a luxurious stay with resort-style amenities. Inside the apartment, you'll find a spacious 1347 sqft layout featuring a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer provide all the comforts of home. High-end toiletries are also provided for your convenience. Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay. Daily housekeeping is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Situated in the heart of Brickell, this apartment offers easy access to some of Miami's top attractions. Brickell City Centre is a mere 3-minute walk, while Wynwood Walls, South Beach, and Miami Beach are just 15 minutes away. Other nearby attractions include Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, and the Adrienne Arsht Center. Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and a late check-out fee equal to 50% of the daily rate may apply if you fail to check out by 11 AM.
