A no-smoking policy is enforced, and any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and noise violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. Parties and gatherings exceeding the maximum guest count are prohibited, and violations incur a $50 fee per person, with the possibility of stay termination without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, or vaping are allowed. Security cameras are in use outside for protection.
