You’re in one of the most walkable pockets of Miami, where you can step outside and actually be somewhere in minutes. Kaseya Center is across the street, perfect if you’re here for a game or concert. Bayfront Park and the marina are a quick stroll away for sunrise walks, runs, or just sitting by the water. Bayside Marketplace brings live music, casual bites and boat tours, super close and super convenient. Take the free Metromover nearby to explore Brickell (restaurants, bars, and Brickell City Centre) without needing a car. For beach days or exploring Wynwood or Midtown, it’s a quick ride, usually 10–15 minutes. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances.
