A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive and should not exhibit aggressive behavior towards other guests or animals. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment unless they are crated. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas of the property. Pets must be leashed when in outdoor areas of the property. Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding pet ownership. If you fail to check out by 11 am, a late fee equal to 50% of the corresponding daily fee may be applied.
