The serene master bedroom features a plush king-size bed for a relaxing stay, while the spacious second bedroom is perfectly arranged with two full-size beds, ideal for family or friends. The comfortable living area is a welcoming space with a sofa and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot for your use. A $50 registration fee is required per adult guest, payable at the front desk upon arrival. Your condo is in the heart of Midtown, one of Miami's most dynamic and central neighborhoods. You are perfectly positioned between the city's best art, food, and design scenes. Enjoy world-class dining just steps away, including SUGARCANE raw bar grill for globally-inspired small plates, Salumeria 104 for authentic Northern Italian cuisine, and Itamae for award-winning Peruvian-Japanese food. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with or without a car. For your convenience, a large Target with a full grocery section and pharmacy is located just across the street in The Shops at Midtown Miami. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest. For building security, only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. We cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out. A starter kit of supplies is provided for your first day, but washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The main guest is required to provide a photo ID on the day of check-in for building access. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance (additional cost applies). For security reasons, deliveries to this address are not permitted. Lost linens or keys will incur a replacement fee. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you’re out to help maintain a comfortable environment for all.
