A one-time $50 registration fee per adult guest is payable at the front desk upon arrival. One assigned parking spot is included for your convenience. Your condo is in the heart of Midtown, one of Miami's most dynamic and central neighborhoods. You are perfectly positioned between the city's best art, food, and design scenes. Enjoy world-class dining steps away, vibrant bars and nightlife, and family fun at nearby attractions like the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with or without a car, and parks and recreation are just minutes away on Biscayne Bay. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management. Only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance (additional cost applies). Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Deliveries to this address are not permitted, and lost linens or keys will incur a replacement fee.
