The welcoming living area is a perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and one assigned parking spot for your use. A one-time registration fee of $50 per adult guest is payable at the front desk upon arrival. Your condo is in the heart of Midtown, one of Miami's most dynamic and central neighborhoods. You are perfectly positioned between the city's best art, food, and design scenes. To respect our neighbors, loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest. For building security, only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. We cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day, but washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance as an additional cost applies. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. For security reasons, deliveries to this address are not permitted. Kindly keep all household items inside the unit for your convenience. Lost linens or keys will incur a replacement fee. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you’re out to help maintain a comfortable environment for all. A photo ID is required on the day of check-in for building access.
