Renter's Insurance:
Main applicant (if accepted) is required to purchase renter's insurance with minimum of $25,000 coverage for personal property and minimum liability coverage of $100,000. This insurance typically costs $10-$20 per month and may be purchased from any insurance company. Proof of coverage must be shown before signing the lease.
