Also, additional patio space is available for other ways of transportation as motorcycles/bicycles if needed. The apartment is available to be occupied at anytime starting the coming month of October and entry initial payment, consist of two rental amounts (First Month & Security Deposit) for a total of $4,200.00 We prefer a month to month term for the lease agreement, however it could be arranged/changed depending on tenants preferences. In most cases we will require the following: -Some basic proof of income -Public records report (police report) -Feedback from previous rental community or property if available We do not require any additional charging or filling of an application, and any other add copying any of this descriptive information or requesting money or an application, is a form of fraud.
