Just a short stroll away, you’ll find the world-renowned French Quarter, and with convenient streetcar access, exploring the city’s cultural treasures is a breeze. Nearby attractions include Lafayette Square, Canal Street and Bourbon Street, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, The National WWII Museum, Mercedes-Benz Superdome and House of Blues. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. One towel per guest per stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information and pass through our verification portal. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
